The Grinding Disc is the main rotating component inside the grinding chamber of a pulverizer. Hammer tips are mounted along the edge of the disc, and it plays a crucial role in generating impact force and centrifugal force to break down materials at high speed.

When the grinding disc rotates, the hammer tips attached to its perimeter create strong impact forces, causing the material to be crushed and thrown outward, where it strikes directly against the surrounding toothed ring (Pulverizer Liner) at high velocity.

There is a very small clearance between the hammer tips and the toothed ring (Pulverizer Liner). Material entering this narrow gap is repeatedly impacted and ground, ensuring a thorough grinding process and achieving high fineness.

As the central component in the high-speed impact and aerodynamic grinding mechanism, the Grinding Disc directly determines grinding efficiency, finished product fineness, and the overall operational stability of the pulverizer.
