The Die Flange is an intermediate component that securely connects the Main Shaft to the Pellet Ring Die, ensuring the die is firmly fixed throughout operation. It plays a critical role in transmitting torque smoothly and continuously from the main shaft to the die, allowing stable rotation, reducing vibration, and minimizing misalignment.
